______________________________________________________ The Grill (2000) 16 mins.
I shot this film when I was 15. An unhappy business man, without enough time for his family chokes on a piece of meat. His life flashes before his eyes, showing him his miserable past and how important his family really is. This film also took a long time to shoot, because I had some problems with the script. It’s kind of hard to follow because the original script was weak so we made up some things as we went! This film took the longest to edit, 3 months, including several re-shoots. (Winner of the Silver Deer award at the Lake Placid Film Festival and The audience Award at the Reel Teen film festival in Hunter Mountain) Written and Directed by Colin Bannon Filmed and Edited by Colin Bannon. Cast: Steve Silverman, Janice Klassovity, Paul Lavack, Nate and Austin Didio, Connie Bannon.
